These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the website www.ixrace.net<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>

All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

IXRACE sells motorcycle accessories, including exhaust systems.<\/p>

The product descriptions specify the essential characteristics.
The customer is responsible for choosing the product and ensuring its compatibility with their vehicle.<\/p>

3. Order<\/h2>

The order is validated after:<\/p>

  • acceptance of the terms and conditions<\/p><\/li>

  • payment confirmation<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    IXRACE reserves the right to cancel any order in case of fraud or dispute.<\/p>

    4. Price<\/h2>

    Prices are shown in euros (\u20ac), including VAT, excluding delivery charges.<\/p>

    IXRACE reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
    The price applied is the one displayed at the time of ordering.<\/p>

    5. Payment<\/h2>

    Payment is due immediately.<\/p>

    Accepted payment methods are secured via an external provider.<\/p>

    6. Delivery<\/h2>

    The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.<\/p>

    The delivery times are given as a guideline only.
    IXRACE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.<\/p>

    7. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>

    In accordance with regulations, the customer has a period of 14 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.\u00a0<\/p>

    The request must be made via a clear statement, including by email.<\/p>

    8. Return conditions (specific to IXRACE)<\/h2>

    To be accepted, all returns must strictly adhere to the following conditions:<\/p>

    • Product purchased on the IXRACE website within 14 days<\/p><\/li>

    • Product Brand new, unused and never mounted<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

    • No testing or commissioning<\/p><\/li>

    • No damage, scratches or modifications<\/p><\/li>

    • Complete original packaging (protective materials + accessories + documents)<\/p><\/li>

    • Non-personalized product<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Any product that does not meet these conditions may be refused.<\/p>

      An exhaust tried or mounted is automatically rejected<\/strong>even briefly.<\/p>

      9. Return Procedure<\/h2>

      The customer must:<\/p>

      • notify your return request<\/p><\/li>

      • Return the product to the following address:
        Chemin de Caillade, 83570 Cotignac \u2013 France<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        The customer is responsible for the costs and risks of return.\u00a0<\/p>

        IXRACE cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the return package.<\/p>

        10. Reimbursement<\/h2>

        The refund has been processed:<\/p>

        • within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the return<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><\/li>

        • via the same payment method<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          No refund fees will be applied.<\/p>

          \u00a0No refund will be issued without actual receipt of the returned product.<\/p>

          11. Products damaged upon delivery<\/h2>

          In case of damage:<\/p>

          • The customer must make any reservations to the carrier upon delivery.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            Otherwise, IXRACE cannot be held liable.<\/p>

            12. Warranty<\/h2>

            The products benefit from:<\/p>

            • the legal guarantee of conformity<\/p><\/li>

            • of the guarantee against hidden defects<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              The warranty does not cover:<\/p>

              • incorrect installation<\/p><\/li>

              • non-compliant use<\/p><\/li>

              • normal wear and tear<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                13. Responsibility<\/h2>

                IXRACE cannot be held responsible:<\/p>

                • from misuse<\/p><\/li>

                • from an incorrect assembly<\/p><\/li>

                • of a product incompatibility<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  14. Personal data<\/h2>

                  The data collected is necessary for order processing.
                  The customer has rights in accordance with the GDPR.<\/p>

                  15. Intellectual Property<\/h2>

                  All elements of the IXRACE website are protected.
                  Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.<\/p>

                  16. Applicable Law<\/h2>

                  The terms and conditions are subject to the applicable law of the registered office of IXRACE.<\/p>
