Return and refund policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date of receipt of your order registered on the website www.ixrace.net

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not have to pay any fees for this refund.

Conditions for returns:

In order for goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

• The goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days from the website www.ixrace.net.
• The goods are scrupulously returned in their original, undamaged packaging (including packaging protection, all components necessary for assembly and any accompanying documents)
• The goods have never been mounted and that no attempt at editing had been made
• The goods must be completely new and under no circumstances should the exhaust have been "tested", i.e., put into working condition.
• Any merchandise with one or more scratches will no longer be considered new.
• That the merchandise has not been altered or personalized.
• That reservations were indeed written to the carrier upon deliveryin case of damage or deterioration of the packaging of the goods

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt for the goods or proof of delivery.
