1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the website www.ixrace.net.

All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

IXRACE sells motorcycle accessories, including exhaust systems.

The product descriptions specify the essential characteristics.
The customer is responsible for choosing the product and ensuring its compatibility with their vehicle.

3. Order

The order is validated after:

• acceptance of the terms and conditions

• payment confirmation

IXRACE reserves the right to cancel any order in case of fraud or dispute.

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros (€), including VAT, excluding delivery charges.

IXRACE reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
The price applied is the one displayed at the time of ordering.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately.

Accepted payment methods are secured via an external provider.

6. Delivery

The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

The delivery times are given as a guideline only.
IXRACE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with regulations, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. 

The request must be made via a clear statement, including by email.

8. Return conditions (specific to IXRACE)

To be accepted, all returns must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

• Product purchased on the IXRACE website within 14 days

• Product Brand new, unused and never mounted

• No testing or commissioning

• No damage, scratches or modifications

• Complete original packaging (protective materials + accessories + documents)

• Non-personalized product

Any product that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

An exhaust tried or mounted is automatically rejectedeven briefly.

9. Return Procedure

The customer must:

• notify your return request

• Return the product to the following address:
  Chemin de Caillade, 83570 Cotignac – France

The customer is responsible for the costs and risks of return. 

IXRACE cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the return package.

10. Reimbursement

The refund has been processed:

• within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the return 

• via the same payment method

No refund fees will be applied.

 No refund will be issued without actual receipt of the returned product.

11. Products damaged upon delivery

In case of damage:

• The customer must make any reservations to the carrier upon delivery.

Otherwise, IXRACE cannot be held liable.

12. Warranty

The products benefit from:

• the legal guarantee of conformity

• of the guarantee against hidden defects

The warranty does not cover:

• incorrect installation

• non-compliant use

• normal wear and tear

13. Responsibility

IXRACE cannot be held responsible:

• from misuse

• from an incorrect assembly

• of a product incompatibility

14. Personal data

The data collected is necessary for order processing.
The customer has rights in accordance with the GDPR.

15. Intellectual Property

All elements of the IXRACE website are protected.
Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

16. Applicable Law

The terms and conditions are subject to the applicable law of the registered office of IXRACE.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
