Delivery

Orders are shipped within 48 working hours on average. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 working days depending on the country.

We deliver throughout Europe with DHL. Times and costs vary by destination.

If you have chosen a custom engraving, allow 3 additional weeks of manufacturing before shipping.

Return and refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

The cancellation deadline is 14 days from the date of receipt of your order placed on www.ixrace.net.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, by e-mail to info@ixrace.net.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods, using the same means of payment as for your order, at no cost to you.

Return conditions

For goods to be returned, please make sure that:

• the goods were purchased on www.ixrace.net within the last 14 days;
• the goods are returned in their original, undamaged packaging (including packaging protections, all fitting parts and any related documents);
• the goods have never been fitted and no fitting has been attempted;
• the goods are completely new: the exhaust must never have been “tried”, i.e. put into working condition;
• goods with one or more scratches are no longer considered new;
• the goods have not been modified or customised;
• any damage to the goods or their packaging was reported to the carrier on delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Returning the goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send them to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost on their way back. We cannot issue a refund without actually receiving the goods or proof of delivery.
