On average, orders are shipped within 48 business hours.
Delivery then takes 5 to 7 working days depending on the country.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped.
Contact your IX RACE advisor or use the messaging service in your customer area.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe via DHL.
Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.

How do I choose my partner garage?
When placing your order, select the nearest garage on the interactive map.

Is assembly mandatory?
No, but it is highly recommended.
Only installation carried out by an IX RACE authorized garage guarantees the validity of the
manufacturer's warranty.
Can I book an appointment online?
Yes, as soon as the garage receives your product, you will receive a notification to schedule
a fitting slot directly from your customer area.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Businesses can also use bills of exchange (upon request).
How do I download my invoice?
Go to My Orders, then click on Download invoice for the desired order.
How do I make a return?
You have 14 days after receipt to request a return from your customer account. Personalized products are not eligible.
When will I be reimbursed?
The refund is processed within 5 to 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the product.
